1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine marshmallows and 1/2 cup butter at medium speed of mixer, beating just until incorporated. Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and cool completely. Chill in refrigerator.
