1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1 medium head garlic, sliced
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups chicken broth
8 cups water
In a large bowl, combine celery, salt, pepper flakes, onion, rice, garlic, tomato and chicken broth. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Process cube of pasta into blender. Process cube of rice into blender. Process onion mixture into blender. Transfer to blender. Process tomato mixture into blender. Transfer to blender. Process chicken broth into blender. Process celery mixture into blender.
Pour into a large pot, and cook over medium heat for about 1 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot or cold.
