Mini Treats: Crab Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

12 eggs

1 pint clam juice

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 pound medium shrimp and crab

8 (1.5 fluid ounce) jumbo flour tortillas

3/4 cup chopped lettuce

3 containers sour cream

10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F or 400 degrees C. Spoon egg mixture into 12 muffin cups.

Place fried onion ring around crab in center of each cup, and place on serving dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place served dish on a platter, place lettuce on 1 side, and place a portion of shrimp on top. Drizzle remaining egg mixture over tortillas.

Melt 4 creme de la creme (cream cheese) flavored jell-o in microwave, using a small spoon. Place remaining cream cheese recipe on top of mound of shrimp mixture. Cover plastic wrap tightly with waxed paper or foil.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
