3 cups chicken broth
1 medium white onion, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 large sweet onion, diced
1 medium sweet durum beans
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, white onion, carrot, green pepper, onion, sweet onion, sweet dur, beans, celery and salt. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
In a small bowl, combine cheese, chopped onion, celery, celery, oregano, basil, marjoram, sage, and marjoram. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
