1 (5 ounce) package dry tamales
1 (6 ounce) can sliced changes
1 (15 ounce) can sliced carrots
4 black beans
2 onions, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
2 (14.5 ounce) cans kidney beans
In a large bowl, mix tamales, changes, carrots, beans and onions.
Place tamales over a medium heat in a large skillet. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
