2 bananas
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon prepared white sugar
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate syrup
1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (15.5 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 cup orange sherbet
Place bananas in a large saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil; boil, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oil, green onion, garlic, sugar, cream cheese, milk and orange syrup. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer (65 minutes).
Stir lemonade into pan with water. Return to a low heat. Stir in orange juice, lemonade concentrate and orange juice if desired. Pour over bananas. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
