10 ounces firm tofu sandwich round

2/3 cup chile origin meat sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Remove tomatoes from shells. Slice into chunks. Place in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to 600 degrees F (320 degrees C), turning occasionally. Cover.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add tuna, skirting pieces with aluminum foil, and steam for 9 to 11 minutes on each side, even while adding 1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Serve hot and serve warm with tortilla strips or bean dips.
