2 1/4 cups sliced cooked salmon
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Place salmon fillets in a medium saucepan and mash thoroughly with your hands. Pour olive oil over fish and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder and paprika. Tossing constantly, brown thoroughly.
