2 potatoes
4 teaspoons butter, melted
4 cups potato salad dressing
12 slices bread, baked
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Pierce potatoes with a fork, then place them in 2 quarts of water for 1 hour. Drain. Toss potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with bread, salt and pepper.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), for 30 minutes.
