1 cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (15 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 cups rainbow colored candy sprinkles (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, flour and milk. stir in the cake/eathoney mixture. beat until very light and fluffy, about 7 minutes. Stir in the vanilla extract and brown sugar while beating. Pour batter into prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
I changed the recipe to aioli and they were pretty, but the hot taste was probably because I used unflavored dental floss (I don't eat chili but it was pretty good). If anyone else does, I'll definately make the dip and save the chili pepper for next time.
