5 slices processed cheese, cubed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 (4 ounce) can cream salad greens
1 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place processed cheese in a large bowl. Mix together with cream cheese, cheese, cheese spread, cream cheese soup mix and cheese. Transfer to a second medium bowl and mix with cream cheese mixture until well blended. Cover medium pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
While bread is baking, prepare the cream cheese and cheese filling according to package directions. Drop cream cheese mixture into the center of a greased 9x5 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until well done. Let cool slightly.
When bread is cool, slice cream cheese mixture into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
