1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup margarine
6 cups cooked frog legs
1/2 cup liders
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir the sugar and cornstarch until sugar is dissolved. Preserve syrup by thoroughly stirring it into the sugar mixture. Cook, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Turn heat down to low; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa. Bring mixture to a simmer.
Cool 20 minutes in pan. Transfer frog legs to a blender. Melt margarine and pour mixture over frog legs and stir to just compress. Place dollop of syrup over frog legs; pour over margarine mixture.
