2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can marshmallow creme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Mix in the milk and eggs. Mix in the milk mixture until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the vanilla. Pour batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix the pudding mix and marshmallow creme until well blended. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Press remaining pudding mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and allow to cool completely.
