Pecans, 1 1/2 cups
1 (8 ounce) can sweet potato
3 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread cookie crumbs all over bottom of 3 9 inch pie shells.
Bake while still warm on oven shelf. Cool completely. Remove crust from pie shell. Cool completely. Pour warm lemonade over pie. Garnish with lemon grasses, cherries and pecans. Chill before serving.
