3 (3 ounce) cans chili with beans and peas
1 (16 ounce) can refried black beans, divided
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 ounce) can Mexican style diced tomatoes
1 orange, sliced
1 (6 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3 (5 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package instant Mexican-style refried beans
Combine the chili, beans, cream of mushroom soup, Mexican style diced tomatoes, orange slices, olive slices, chopped onion and mushrooms in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and mixed drinks and serve hot.
