Glazing for Fudge Pan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup milk

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, softened cream cheese, butter and sugar. Beat until smooth. Shape into 1-inch balls. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture evenly over cookies.

Place cookie on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

I added frozen veggies, a can of tomato sauce, and used Gruyère instead of Cheddar cheese. Probably won't be needing cheese again. Will try with eggplant... WTG Chef John!
