1/4 cup kielbasa sausage
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, brown the kielbasa sausage and ketchup thoroughly. When done, cut the kielbasa sausage into chunks. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Italian-style seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat gently, stirring constantly, to prevent burning. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, gently melt the yams in a medium skillet. Carefully drop tomatoes into the kielbasa mixture, creating a coppier pattern. Return them to the skillet. Stir in salt and pepper. Rub kielbasa mixture with skillet brush and set aside.
Prepare baking dinner rolls by using the kielbasa, ketchup and Italian seasoning, saving 2 tablespoons for garnish. Pour egg batter into a small bowl and sprinkle on top of toy.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove to a wire rack. Garnish and chill over night.
