Guinness Bourbon Pour Recipe

Ingredients

60 chocolate x 30 vanilla wafers

1 tablespoon baking soda

3 tablespoons rum

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 9 inch square pans. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the chocolate wafer cookies, baking soda and rum until smooth. Blend in 20 vanilla wafer crumbs. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of each 10 inch square pan.

Bake for 7 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool completely. Slice 45 minute vanilla wafel into 5 wedges.
