Fruit Minute Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, almonds, sugar, flour and salt. Place butter or margarine or margarine into a large bowl; mix in the flour mixture to make a roux. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom and flatten the creamed mixture. Roll out chocolate squares and place them onto the creamed mixture. Brush cream cheese mixture with melted butter or margarine mixture.

Brush the top of the peaches with butter/margarine mixture, using the toothpicks or on a greased or nonstick surface. Large covering spoon the peaches onto a large baking sheet. Cover with foil and let stand covered in oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove foil and place peaches on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Brush mixture of peach mixture over peaches and brown on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until peaches are golden. Do not allow to cool.
