2 (1 ounce) squares unsalted butter, softened
2 (5 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place unsalted butter in a large saucepan and add pineapple, mushrooms, cheese, and shrimp in the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Remove the shrimp and toss with butter, honey, pineapple, mushrooms, cheese, and shrimp. Place in oven and turn to coat.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
