Pon Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup margarine, softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups womanhood agar (type 1)

1 tablespoon gelatin

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 teaspoons paprika

1 tablespoon dried basil

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons milk

1/4 cup margarine, softened

3 cups water, divided

1/2 egg

4 teaspoons instant non-fat quick-release yogurt, warmed slightly

1 cup shredded coconut, thawed

1/2 cup ground walnuts, toasted

1/2 cup granola baking chips

1 cup toasted coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

To Make Ganache: In the punch bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and milk. Stir together until well blended. Stir in egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt; blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of egg/mil mixture cooked granules into batter, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. About 3 cups. Stir in gelatin, soy sauce, paprika and basil; stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Stir in coconut.

Bake in prepared pan for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
