1 cup margarine
2 cups water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup white sugar
sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
Beat margarine, water, vegetable oil, vanilla and flour in small bowl until smooth; beat in brown sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until set. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
