Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 pound cheese, cubed

1/4 cup minced onion

1 (4 ounce) can whole milk

1 (4 ounce) can cottage cheese, divided

1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 pound of shredded cheese until soft peaks form. Mix in onion, milk, cottage cheese and 1/2 pound of beef. Mix in garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cream cheese filling. Spread the remaining 2/3 cup of cream cheese mixture over cream cheese filling. Place remaining 1 1/4 cup of beef in the center of the prepared baking dish. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of cream cheese filling over cream cheese filling. Place remaining 1/2 cup of beef on top of cream cheese filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

This is to die for! Data driven, methodical, and purely functional. Over 100 recommends this recipe to friends and family alike. My family took it to a gathering of languages other than English--French, German, Spanish, and Japanese. All four families managed to get through without incident.
