1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
1 pound lean ground pork
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with liquid
ground black pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package vegetable loaf bread, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the beef, ketchup, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, pineapple juice, tomato juice, beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic paste, basil, oregano and tomato sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well then mix in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian-style salad dressing, paprika, basil, oregano and tomato sauce.
Drop by heaping tablespoons of sauce mixture onto the one loaf of breaded loaf. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
