1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 pounds pork loin spareribs
1 onion, sliced into rings or stems
1 (1.25 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a blender, combine honey mustard, oil, pork, onion and soup. Blend for about 10 minutes, scraping bowl often, until a coarse liquid is formed. Add garlic and cheese. Mix for 3 minutes.
