Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped cooked ham

1/2 cup chopped, cooked sausage

1 cup sliced carrot

1/2 cup chopped pumpkin

1 cup chopped pecans

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9x5 inch) pie crusts with vegetable oil spray, but not with egg whites. Lightly grease one (3 ounce) container for quick-rising pastry (you do not want to tie the crust together).

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, margarine, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, ham, sausage and carrot until smooth. Beat in pumpkin and pecans. Pour into pie crusts.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until filling and crust are golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely before removing from pie crusts.
