1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt white sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add butter or margarine and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until bubbles appear. Remove from heat and stir in flour.
Pour brown sugar mixture into a small bowl. Fold in eggs, light brown sugar, pecans, vanilla, almond extracts and pecans.
