1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cooked lemonade (Yogurt or mayonnaise)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or paper lined with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, egg and sugar until smooth. Beat in the milk. Beat in the lemonade and vanilla until well blended. Pour batter into prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool Cookies in Cookies Bake in Cooler, Cover or Plastic Wrap. Allow Cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes.
