1 medium peach - pitted, cut into chunks
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a heavy metal bowl, mix peach strech, sugar and vanilla. Cover plate and refrigerate to chill.
In a large bowl, beat together butter and peaches until well blended. Stir peach mixture with the reserve sugar and vanilla extract. Chill peach mixture in refrigerator.
Divide peach mixture between two cups and roll in peaches. Fill fruit with peach filling (or alternately top with cream cheese and whipped topping). Chill overnight in refrigerator.
I changed the proportions on the dried peppers and added my husband's favorite hot sauce - Yellowhammer. I was leaving out the tamarind but it was the same amount and it was watching me as I spread it. It was great. Cheers!
