very good. i sprinkled a mixture of 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cardamom on top of apricots when I made them. they were pretty and sweet but not overwhelming. i also added fresh garlic cheddar chunks to them. they were super easy and it was nice for me and my husband to have a meal together. nothing overpowering. i may do without the garlic but overall it was a nice way to add some different flavor in an everyday veggie.
