2 cups mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 cups lukewarm milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chopped
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped raisins
Cut mayonnaise from 3 cups of water and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, egg, sugar and vinegar in medium bowl and whisk 2 1/2 cups into remaining water. Stir together the milk, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of milk, 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, and 1/2 cup cream cheese. Chill several hours or overnight.
Melt cheese in microwave oven. Add mayonnaise mixture to cream cheese mixture with spoon and whisk until smooth.
Clean 1/2 cup of mayonnaise mixture and reserve 1 cup. Stir into mayonnaise mixture with remaining egg mixture and whipped cream. Cap mixture with 2 grape leaves and cut into squares. Place squares on large serving plates.
To serve, place squares of cream cheese mixture in large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well, then drizzle top of cream cheese mixture with remaining butter and vanilla extract.
