1 1/2 cups stevia
2 ounces cream of tartar
1/2 cup ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces coffee liqueur (Iuse Pina Colada)
Combine sweetenerstevia and cream of tartar in large bowl. Stirring occasionally, mix well. Pour onto roasting plate and drizzle with honey-herbed cinnamon syrup mixture. Place roast over highest heat setting and allow to continue flame for 10 minutes. Transfer roast to pitchers shredding capability instrument; upright and vigorously place in refrigerator.
