1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 lobe celery, diced
2 tops fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 pound cauliflower, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine wine, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, onion, celery and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Place celery and mushrooms in 1/2 cup of wine mixture and beat. Slowly pour over cauliflower, mushrooms and vegetables as desired. Top each dish with cheese; repeat with cheese and cream cheese.
