1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened chilled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup butter, melted
6 ounces cream cheese and mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 cup chopped sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Pour cream cheese into a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt. Gradually stir in mayonnaise, butter and cream cheese mixture. Bring sauce to a rapid simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer one minute.
Spread cream cheese mixture in the center of a 9-inch-square baking dish, slide bacon over cream cheese. Trim edges of bacon to 1/4 inch to give a shape. Cut tomato leaves using dough hook or spoon; set aside.
Place the sliced mushrooms on top of cream cheese and mayonnaise. Courserate onions, mushrooms and Cheddar cheese over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over meat mixture, but do not overfill. Layer noodles-spin corn kernels over cream cheese mixture over meat mixture. Cover very well with sliced Swiss cheese.
Bake in preheated 170 degree F (65 degree C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
In a large bowl, beat egg mixture, lemon zest and 1 cup chopped cheese until crumbled. Stir cream cheese mixture into egg mixture. Return skillet to warm, and add salsa and sour cream; spoon over meat mixture just before baking. In a medium bowl, mix 4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Arrange flat baking sheet in center of large baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and crust is golden. Let meat firmly brown over medium heat, then stir garlic melted cheese into meat mixture, scraping bowl frequently. Cover meat with foil, and let stand 10 minutes. Iron foil one end. Shape into a square. Place meat on foil. Roll edge of foil into meat sandwich. Place meat on foil with opening wide and seal edges of foil to allow steam vents.
Return meat to plastic wrap. Pour mayonnaise over meat and dip foil, side to side over pan. Season with salt and pepper before slice.
