1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 pinch crushed saltine crackers
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch dish or a 9 inch pie pan.
Place sour cream in a mixing bowl. Stir together dark brown sugar, butter, crushed crackers, milk, eggs, and cheese in the prepared pan. Pour evenly into pie pan.
Bake mixture uncovered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Chill before serving.
