3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 (10 ounce) packages Nool segment
1 1/2 pounds soft-cooked sweet potatoes
1 small piece cinnamon stick
1 cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoons fish oil
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, Heat oil and cook sweet potatoes until tender. Stirst in cinnamon stick and sugar containing spices, continue to cook.
Place in slow cooker and blend all ingredients. Stir thoroughly, then pour over Nools and spices.
Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or even 6 hours in high setting. Turn roast, and serve.
