1 cup cold water (1 cup will be sufficient)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) can tuna, drained with juice reserved
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
In a large saucepan, combine cold water, cream cheese, tuna, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, 3 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in chicken, and cook 5 more minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
