Spinach & Cream Potatoes Recipe


1/2 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together melted butter, brown sugar, salt, basil, sage and eggs. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix in the eggs, celery and flour mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish. Top with the bread mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
