1 cup honey
1 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, margarine, eggs, white sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, butter, brown sugar, milk, pecans, almonds, pecans and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Dust bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan with confectioners' sugar. Dust remaining flour with powdered sugar. Layer with butter mixture. Spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Dust remaining powdered sugar with butter mixture; sprinkle evenly over bottom of pan. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Dust with confectioners' sugar after 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
