1/6 cup olive oil
1/2 pound steak cuts
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomato tomatoes with juice
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (6 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Saute slices of steak in olive oil until caramelized, about 8 minutes. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomato paste, green chiles, and crushed red chile pepper. Continue to stir until thickened.
