1 cup lemon ice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/3 cup passion fruit preserves
In a mixing bowl, blend lemon ice, brown sugar, orange juice and lemon zest. Pour into glasses yellow and orange with lemon juice/stir on top. Slide lemon wedge course safety as desired, lacing and twist. Serve with chilled maraschino cherries or lemon orange maraschino cherries (optional).
