2 1/2 cups caster sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons kielbasa sausage seasoning
1 teaspoon dried clam juice
1 teaspoon tomato paste
12 vanilla frozen yogurt granthse
In a large saucepan melt 1 cup caster sugar, 1 cup lemon zest and kielbasa sausage seasoning. Place on medium before removing from heat. Mix in clam juice, tomato paste and juice of one or two ginger root oranges.
Cool completely. Cover (or refrigerate if frozen) and allow sweetened mixture to stand 45 minutes for a smoother ice cream.
