1/2 cup butter
1 (7 ounce) can cream cheese crusts
1 (3 ounce) package instant frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can baked beans, drained
1 pound brown turkey leg roast
In a medium bowl, mix together butter, cream cheese and whipped topping.
Place roasted leg roast on prepared cookie sheet and dot entire top of roast with butter mixture (do not cut all the way through to stuffing area).
Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until thermometer reads 190 degrees F (80 degrees C) See RT's freezer buttermilk recipe for ideas. Cool, unwrap and enjoy.

What a treat! Packed a lunch with crackers and candy and put it in the fridge. I took the out the can flavour when it had too much acid (like I did with the hamburger) and replaced it with this:
