1/2 cup butterflied pork chops
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place pork chops in a medium serving bowl and brush with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, brown sugar, sesame oil and salt. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture. Cover plastic wrap and place in an 8x8 inch dish or dish, or in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Turn chops over and brush with the remaining soy sauce and vinegar mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes and brush again with cream of mushroom soup.
