1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons salt
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
5 ounces spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
20 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute garlic in oil and cook 5 minutes, then stir in basil, salt and tomato paste. allow to simmer briefly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, or until spaghetti sauce is bubbly.
I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were incredibly good! My husband complained when they were all gone. Only thing I would change would be to use whole tomatoes instead of red peppers.
I followed the recipe exactly making sure to use Red miso paste and that it was well seasoned. It turned out great. I will make this again.
