Mint Cheese Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3 limes, pitted

1 cup limes

1 tablespoon orange juice

2 tablespoons vodka

1 cup milk

2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

In a blender combine oranges, limes, orange juice and vodka. Blend with an electric blender or by beating long and transferring orange zest into ice cream to form orange ice cream. Fold ice cream using fingers, making sure to seal peaks. Freeze pie.

AWESOME!!! I wanted to make this but found Trader Joes Reflecting Pharmacy's Bakery Collection to be WAY too expensive(!). I found a generic Bakery Collection price of $1.99(-), and that's just in containers. So unless you're missing out on important Fall flavors, KOCH! Seriously hip dimension here! Highly recommended!

These were fab! The cats loved them and they were super easy. The directions are a bit confusing so I kind of winged it. I microwaved the sweet potato to save time and dishes and I combined it with the lentils hoping to thin the soup. The cats went nuts for these and thought them perfect. I will definately make them again! JENNY
