6 chicken drumettes
1 small onion, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
4 slices processed American cheese
Preheat on high heat, or lightly oil grill.
Place drumettes on grilling pan. Place drumettes on bottom of 8x8 inch pan. Brush chicken with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with onion, bell pepper, cheese, and bacon grease.
Brush grill with vegetable oil. Grill drumettes 10 to 12 minutes on each side, turning drumettes once. Cook drumettes 5 to 10 minutes more, until drumettes are browned. Serve with cracker crusts or french toast.
