Two 3/4 cups instant-melt butter
12 cups fresh peeled, cored and chopped peaches
6 fluid ounces sweetened dry white sweetened tea
6 fluid ounces Honey Ditto Sake
1 pinch lemon peel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
In a small saucepan combine the white sweetened tea with honey and lemon peel. Gently stir for 2 minutes.
Dunk the peaches in a large bowl quickly and place in prepared pan. Cover with foil to prevent browning the outside of the fruit. Let stretching as fruit browns skin-on.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, broil for 5 minutes and completely cool.
