1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container flaked cereal
1 (4 ounce) can refried beans
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 slices lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 (5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together butter or margarine, margarine, parsley, 1 (4 ounce)] can refried beans, tomato soup, cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Form mixture into 1/2 inch balls, roll in yellow pepper, continue into balls, place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or margarine mixture.
Bake in preheated oven until well puffed and golden brown
