1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 (2 liter) can or bottle beer
1 (16 ounce) can chili sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the melted butter, ketchup, vinegar, water, beer, chili sauce and tomato soup. Mix well.
While the meat mixture is mixing, place the ground beef in a shallow dish or bowl.
Mix chili sauce, tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce into the meat mixture. Pour over the meat mixture in a thin stream, stirring to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Gently brush grill grate with 2 tablespoons hot water to prevent sticking. Grill each sandwich 5 to 10 minutes per side, turning once, until beef is evenly browned and juices run clear.
Perfect. You get all the flavor from the #1 source: Rice, Corn, and Vegetables.
